Reporting To: Front Office Manager / Hospital Admin

Role Overview

At Even Healthcare, the Associate / Executive – Front Office & OPD Billing is the first point of contact for our members and patients. This role is critical in delivering a seamless, high-quality patient experience while ensuring accurate and efficient OPD billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling for OPD consultations
  • Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a warm and professional experience
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the system
  • Coordinate with doctors and internal teams to ensure smooth patient flow

OPD Billing

  • Generate accurate OPD bills, invoices, and receipts
  • Process payments across modes (cash, card, UPI, insurance)
  • Validate services, consultations, and billing details
  • Support members with billing-related queries

Patient Experience

  • Ensure minimal waiting time and efficient service delivery
  • Handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Uphold Even Healthcare's service standards at all times

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily cash collections and reconciliation
  • Maintain reports on OPD transactions and patient footfall
  • Support audits and documentation requirements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
  • Experience: 0–3 years (Hospital / Healthcare / Hospitality preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; HMS knowledge is a plus)
  • Attention to detail and billing accuracy
  • Patient-first attitude with empathy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts
  • Rotational weekly offs
