Job Summary:

We are looking for a fluent Hindi and English speaking candidate to join our customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and 2 years of experience in customer handling.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries via phone/email/chat

- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns

- Maintain accurate records in Excel

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 1 years of experience in online sales & customer handling

- Fluency in Hindi and English

- Basic Excel skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- 6-day workweek
