Role Summary:
As an Events & Sponsorships Center of Excellence Associate, you play a key role in enabling high‑quality, consistent event and sponsorship execution across the firm. You support Field Marketing by providing the centralized operational foundation that enables events and sponsorships to be executed consistently, while partnering with industry and campaign teams as needed to support delivery.
This role is designed for a strong marketing and operations practitioner who brings organization, attention to detail, and execution discipline to events and sponsorships. You are accountable for supporting core workflows including planning support, registration and invite management, documentation, data hygiene, and post‑activation close‑out. Through your work, you help elevate execution quality, reduce friction for the field, and enable consistent measurement and learning across activations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support centralized program management for events and sponsorships, including timeline development, task tracking, and coordination across stakeholders
- Compile, manage, and maintain invite lists using CRM systems and stakeholder inputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to data standards
- Create and maintain event registration systems, track attendee responses, and manage updates through event and marketing platforms
- Support event and sponsorship execution by preparing briefs, run‑of‑show documents, agendas, and post‑event summaries in partnership with Field Marketing, Industry, and campaign teams
- Assist with venue research, vendor coordination, and sponsorship asset preparation based on predefined requirements, playbooks, and templates
- Support digital and physical asset coordination for events and sponsorships, including branded materials, executive bios, logos, and collateral
- Maintain accurate event, sponsorship, and engagement data by uploading and organizing information in CRM and marketing systems to support reporting and performance review
- Support post‑activation close‑out activities, including attendance reconciliation, documentation, and data hygiene to ensure activations are fully closed and measurable
- Coordinate with cross‑functional marketing teams to fulfill execution requirements and ensure consistent application of standards and templates
- Identify process gaps or improvement opportunities and contribute to documentation, templates, and best practices that support scalability and efficiency
- Use AI and productivity tools, where appropriate, to improve efficiency across research, documentation, and coordination tasks while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, events, or administrative support roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with event management tools and registration platforms
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented approach with commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent data management capabilities and basic analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
