About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Enterprise Onboarding Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for enterprise customers by understanding their business requirements, providing product training, and driving successful adoption of Unicommerce solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer interaction, ecommerce operations, problem-solving, and helping customers derive maximum value from technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Unicommerce products, features, and capabilities.
  • Understand customers ecommerce business processes and operational workflows.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise customers and ensure timely implementation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding workshops for customers.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and operational use cases.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient customer onboarding with minimal turnaround time.
  • Drive product adoption and maximize feature utilization through practical training and guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and onboarding requirements.
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records of customer training and implementation status.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly onboarding and training reports with stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor during the onboarding phase.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Interest in ecommerce, SaaS products, and technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into product workflows.
  • Good customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ecommerce operations, marketplaces, OMS, WMS, or related domains.
  • Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, training, customer success, or support roles.
  • Strong presentation and training skills.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them effectively to customers.
