Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Engineer role located in Bengaluru. The Associate Engineer will be responsible for supporting production control, conducting technical analysis, participating in development processes, and fulfilling engineering projects that align with Toyota's operational goals. Daily tasks include understanding and solving technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvements in workflow and product delivery.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering software for design and simulation tasks.
- Experience with quality control, testing and process improvements.

- A strong understanding of manufacturing systems, materials, and technologies.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices or automotive engineering is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering fields.
