Job Title: Associate Network Engineer
Location: Bengaluru
Working Type: Hybrid - 3 days mandate in office
Associate Network Engineers are responsible for implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of an organisation.It also comprise of improving the efficiency of current networks and increase the network performance through monitoring and troubleshooting. The role also includes documenting, follow the process for changes, upgrade of network if necessary.
- Implement multiple firewall changes to complete user requests.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot and fix network problems by scheduling desired solutions.
- Use multiple tools used by organizations to improve the efficiency and performance of the network..
- Upgrade network equipment by performance software upgrades.
- Configure routers and switches,firewalls,Load Balancers and Meraki devices.
- Participate in technical discussions and workout for new solutions along with team members.
- Engage in troubleshooting calls and support the team and users to resolve the issue.
- As day-to-day operations required to work on incidents and changes.
- Speak to customers via phone or email to work towards fixing the network problems.
- Escalate the tickets and issues further up to senior engineers.
