Job Description :
Title: Associate Engineer, IT Support
Location: Bengaluru
- Should have a minimum of 2 to 3 years experience.
- Manage and Administer Laptop, Desktop, virtual servers, primarily Windows
- Installation & support of Windows, MAC OS, iOS and Android devices.
- Asset Management.
- Apply regular security patches and software updates.
- Experience and Expertise on Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Fileservers, Group Policies, FTP & SFTP etc.
- Knowledge of Patch management using tools like SCCM.
- Understanding of WAN/LAN architecture, VPNs.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and maintained.
- Should be flexible to work as per Business requirement.
- Experience in Ticketing system, Asset management, Monitoring tools, User/Server Backups
- Should have experience supporting business events and video conference solutions, like Google Meet, Zoom etc.
- Monitor/ analyze and fix problems due to, memory / CPU utilization Monitor event logs other system logs to report and provide fixes to errors Start/stop services/process and restart servers to provide work around
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
