Job Description – Management Trainee (Artificial Intelligence) Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee – AI to support the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions across business functions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in AI and Machine Learning project planning and execution.
Analyze business processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
Collect, clean, and analyze data to support AI initiatives.
Support development and testing of AI models and applications.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on AI project outcomes.
Monitor AI model performance and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Analytics.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
