What You'll Do
The Primary function of this role is to execute on assigned milestones in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Pursuits programs along with the project lead to design, develop and validate Eaton's products specific to the mobility group.Collaborate with cross functional teams from other CoEs & test lab to deliver on project milestones. Deliver quality through implementing robust design processes, guidelines and standards, all while ensuring targeted OTD and FTY
The key responsbilities of this role include
- Design & drafting of mobility group products.
- Create & release engineering drawings with relevant GD&T & stack up calculations
- Coordinate with cross functional teams like other CoEs and test lab. to mature the design and progress technical maturity
- Present technical studies and findings to Portfolio lead, technical lead, design review board & chief engineer of product line
- Conduct & drive manufacturing review (MFR) & and supplier feasibility review (DSFR) for prototype & production worthy prints. Facilitate and review manufacturing process capability & support PPAP submission
