What You Will Do:
Responsibilities (Core & Day-to-Day)
- Support all day-to-day mechanical design activities for assigned engineering programs in alignment with organizational standards and project schedules.
- Create and maintain 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using UG NX.
- Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), tolerance analysis, and material selection best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Site Program Engineers to resolve design issues.
- Support concept development, design maturation, and release activities across the product lifecycle.
- Evaluate materials with respect to lifecycle performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Generate and review technical documentation such as service bulletins, engineering letters, and design change documentation.
- Apply analytical thinking and structured problem-solving to drive technically sound design decisions.
- Exposure to UG NX Electrical Routing and block diagrams is considered an added advantage.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree (full-time) in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical design or related engineering roles.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with UG NX (Mechanical and/or Electrical) mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in accordance with applicable export control and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Exposure to UG NX Electrical Routing and block diagram creation.
- Experience with composites and aluminum alloys.
- Background in Aerospace or Automotive interior design.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.
- Innovative mindset grounded in strong engineering fundamentals and attention to detail.
- Hands on experience using Microsoft Tools like Advanced Excel, Power Point, Copilot
