Job Description

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the deployment, installation, testing and maintenance and technical support of healthcare technology solutions at focused for residential apartments (e.g. HDB), as well as hospitals and nursing homes.

• Oversee the preparation, set-up, configuration and testing of hardware devices, via software and programming interfaces, in anticipation of trials and operational deployments
• Manage schedule with stakeholders and clients for onsite deployment
• Physical installation and maintenance of products onsite at residential apartments, hospitals, nursing homes
• Oversee interns who will assist with device assembly, setup and configuration, and installation
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues related to systems
• Attend to user enquiries on a 24/7 basis, via phone or whatsapp messages, followed by accessing system remotely to resolve issues
• Some familiarity in installation and system maintenance works, programming and electronic devices will be beneficial
• In-house training will be provided
• Involved in end-to-end stage of device development and deployment, with opportunity to grow with company and into different roles
