About this opportunity:
Ericsson is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Associate Domain Support Specialist. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing both proactive and reactive maintenance duties. Your skill set will ensure the timely and correct implementation of change requests, with a strong focus on the allocation, configuration, activation, and testing of specific services or resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
12 years of experience in the IT or Telecom domain
Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line tools
Foundational knowledge of databases (SQL) and computer networking concepts
Familiarity with scripting tools such as SQL, Bash, AWK, and SED for task automation
Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment, including night and weekend shifts
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Key Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Availability for 24x7 support with flexibility
