Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR technology or people analytics

At least 5 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience

Demonstrated proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Composite Reports, Calculated Fields, dashboards, and Prism Analytics

Proven track record of managing complex reporting projects from requirements through delivery in a large, matrixed organization

Preferred

Workday Reporting or HCM Pro certification

Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, People Analytics, or integration with BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI

Prior experience in a lead or people management capacity within an HR technology function
