  • Lead a high-impact regional sales team with full revenue ownership.

Job Description

  • Own the vision, targets, and financial KPIs for the West region sales team (Hunters + Farmers).
  • Define short- and long-term sales strategy and translate it into executable initiatives.
  • Drive revenue, gross profit, new customer acquisition, and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Act as opportunity manager and ensure strong sales cadence and pipeline hygiene.
  • Lead Agile sales rituals including sprint planning, dailies, and performance reviews.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate squad members through hands-on leadership.
  • Serve as the primary interface between the squad and internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, and product teams.
  • Support key customer meetings, deal escalations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Ensure optimal product mix growth across CPaaS and SaaS offerings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director - West should have:

  • 13+ years of experience in solution sales, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.
  • Should be currently managing a team and should have handled west accounts.
  • Proven track record of consistent target achievement and complex deal closures.
  • Strong experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and enterprise customers.
