Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the travel nursing recruitment team.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Monitor team performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare staffing and credentialing requirements.
