Role Summary
The Assistant Director will lead AI-driven transformation initiatives, drive business excellence programs, and own the creation and execution of strategic roadmaps . This role requires a blend of technology leadership, program management, business transformation expertise, and hands-on understanding of emerging AI technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and deliver the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across business functions.
- Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and business value.
- Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative solutions for competitive advantage.
Business Excellence Leadership
- Own and lead the Business Excellence function.
- Establish frameworks, governance models, KPIs, and continuous improvement programs.
- Drive process optimization and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.
- Measure and report transformation outcomes and business impact.
Transformation Program Management
- Create and execute the enterprise transformation roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from business case development through implementation and value realization.
- Define program governance, milestones, risk management plans, and success metrics.
- Ensure alignment between business, technology, and operational stakeholders.
Product & Solution Development
- Collaborate with internal development teams and external vendors to build AI-powered products and solutions.
- Evaluate build-vs-buy opportunities and manage vendor partnerships.
- Support product strategy, development, deployment, and adoption initiatives.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage senior leadership and business stakeholders to drive consensus and decision-making.
- Present transformation strategies, business cases, and progress updates to executive leadership.
- Foster collaboration across technology, operations, business, and external partners.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI-related roles such as AI Developer, AI Program Manager, AI Transformation Lead, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in building and delivering business transformation programs.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing transformation business cases with measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience leading organization-wide strategic initiatives and change programs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
