Associate Director Transaction Quality

Hiring: Transaction Quality & Process Excellence US Healthcare Payer: Associate Director/Director level

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Late UK Shift (Starts 3:00 PM IST)

Work Mode: Hybrid

We are looking for a Transaction Quality & Process Excellence professional to drive process engineering and automation initiatives within the US Healthcare Payer domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive process excellence and quality improvement initiatives across transaction workflows

Identify process gaps and implement process engineering solutions

Lead and support automation projects (RPA, workflow optimization, digital transformation)

Monitor and enhance transaction quality metrics, ensuring compliance with US healthcare standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time

Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement sustainable solutions

Mandatory Requirement:

Strong experience in US Healthcare Payer domain (Claims, Enrollment, Provider, etc.)

Profiles outside US Healthcare Payer will not be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in process excellence frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Exposure to automation tools / RPA / transformation projects

Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
