About the role
Primary Purpose - Deliver National Brand health, volume and share through development and implementation of commercial strategies and initiatives across the portfolio
Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy
- Define the commercial strategy for Trade Marketing
- Work closely with the Hub & Regional sales team to plan and deliver on ABI Commercial strategy
- Analyze category, consumer and shopper data to optimize plans to deliver volume, share and brand health KPIs
Planning & Execution
- Develop, execute and track the programs across Consumer promotions, Visibility & Trade Programs
- Develop plans for all integrated campaigns which includes establishing go-to-market plans for campaigns ranging from global moments to cultural events to genre specific campaigns
- Manage commercial agencies to develop and execute all integrated Campaigns & local tactical activations
- Work with the global team to ensure Indian interests are being met while still ensuring alignment with the Global direction
Financial Discipline
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and track programs v/s ROI delivered across sales regions
- Ensure timely budget management is undertaken
Compliance
Brand compliance to government and industry regulations are met
Business Reporting
- Monthly Business Performance Scorecard
- Monthly Focus Agenda/New Initiative Performance Report
- Monthly Competitor & Customer Information that is relevant and actionable for our business
Education & Experience
- Post -Graduation (MBA from a reputed B-School) with at least 8 - 10 years experience.
- Experience of working in FMCG Sales & Trade Marketing roles preferably in the alco-bev sector.
- Proven leader that inspires teams to deliver on key business objectives.
- Experience defining the commercial strategy for a global brand & leading the execution across multiple consumer touch points.
