Our client is a well-established organisation in the public sector, known for its strong focus on people, governance and operational excellence. There is now an opportunity for a HR Total Rewards professional to join the team, supporting the delivery of performance management, rewards, benefits and workforce reporting initiatives across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the end-to-end delivery of annual performance management and rewards cycles, including planning timelines, administering HRIS processes, preparing communication materials, coordinating calibration sessions and managing rewards documentation and outputs. You will also support annual salary review exercises, rewards administration and related compensation activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with organisational guidelines.
You will oversee the administration and continuous enhancement of employee benefits programs, including medical and insurance benefits, leave administration, WICA reporting and claims management, while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Working closely with external vendors and brokers, you will support renewals, invoicing, procurement processes and day-to-day benefits operations to ensure smooth service delivery and employee experience.
In addition, you will support workforce reporting, manpower analytics, surveys and dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate data collation, validation and reporting. Partnering closely with HR teams and stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide insights and operational support for planning and reporting activities.
You will also contribute to process improvement and policy enhancement initiatives, supporting the review of workflows and HR practices to drive operational efficiency and service excellence. The role will also provide project coordination support across Planning & Rewards initiatives, including documentation, approvals tracking and administrative follow-ups.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 12 years of relevant HR experience, ideally within Compensation & Benefits, Planning & Rewards or related HR functions. You bring hands-on experience managing employee benefits administration, performance management processes and HR reporting activities.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors will be advantageous. You possess strong knowledge and exposure to job architecture, job grading and salary benchmarking frameworks. You are highly analytical, have an eye for detail and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, Excel and presentation skills will also be important for success in the role.
