Key Deliverables:

• Lead and mentor SMEs across compensation, stock, benefits, and job architecture
• Oversee strategic alignment and governance of global total rewards programs
• Drive data-led insights and automation to improve service delivery and efficiency
• Ensure legal compliance and regulatory alignment in all reward programs globally
