Role Overview

Associate Director – Design Coordination & Technical Review shall be responsible for leading project-wide design coordination, technical governance, and execution-oriented architectural documentation across all assigned projects.

The role acts as the central technical interface between Design, MEP, Structure, Consultants, Vendors, and Execution teams to ensure all drawings, details, and technical deliverables are coordinated, technically compliant, and execution-ready.

This position requires a highly detail-oriented and technically strong architectural professional with expertise in architectural and interior construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, technical detailing, and execution methodologies within commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects.

Qualification

•Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

•COA Registration Preferred

Experience

•10–15 years of relevant experience in Architecture, Technical Coordination, and Construction Documentation

•Experience handling large-scale commercial and interior fit-out projects preferred

•Strong understanding of execution methodologies and multidisciplinary coordination
