Job Summary
LatentView Analytics is looking for an experienced Tech Head – GenAI Solutions & Architecture to lead the design, delivery, and commercialization of enterprise AI solutions across Retail, CPG, Industrials, and other industry verticals. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in AI/GenAI, architecture, engineering leadership, and business consulting to build scalable AI products and accelerators that solve complex business problems.
The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution architecture, lead high-performing engineering teams, define technology roadmaps, and collaborate with business stakeholders to bring innovative AI solutions from concept to production while enabling go-to-market (GTM) success

Key Responsibilities
Technology Leaders

- ks.Drive innovation through AI accelerators, reusable components, and internal platforms.
Solution Architecture
- Design scalable GenAI solutions leveraging OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other enterprise LLMs.
- Architect production-grade RAG applications using vector databases, embeddings, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Define secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Review solution designs to ensure scalability, security, compliance, reliability, and cost optimization.
AI Product & Platform Development
- Lead development of enterprise AI products from ideation through production deployment.
- Build reusable AI platforms, accelerators, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Define product roadmaps, technical vision, and engineering milestones.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric AI experiences.
Engineering & Delivery Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising Solution Architects, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Prompt Engineers.
- Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, release management, and technical governance.
- Ensure high engineering quality through architecture reviews, code reviews, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and MLOps best practices.
- Mentor technical leaders and foster engineering excellence across teams.
Business Consulting & GTM
- Partner with Client Partners and consulting teams to identify AI transformation opportunities.
- Shape solution offerings, reusable accelerators, pricing strategies, and GTM assets.
- Support client workshops, executive presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable business solutions across multiple industries.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI frameworks.
- Build AI reference architectures and enterprise best practices.
- Represent LatentView at customer engagements, conferences, and industry forums.
- Drive internal capability development through mentoring, technical sessions, and innovation initiatives.
