What You Will Own

Business Partnering (Strategic + Hands-on)

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into actionable talent strategies
  • Support org design, workforce planning, and team structuring aligned to growth and efficiency
  • Act as a thought partner on team effectiveness, performance, and leadership decision

Capability Building (Core COE Ownership)

  • Define and drive Anchanto's capability agenda across functions
  • Design and scale programs across:
  • Manager capability (first-time and experienced managers)
  • Leadership development
  • Functional capability
  • Build structured frameworks for:
  • Career paths and progression
  • Skill frameworks and capability mapping
  • Ensure all capability initiatives are practical, measurable, and linked to business outcomes

Performance & Accountability

  • Strengthen performance management with a focus on outcomes over activity
  • Drive talent reviews and calibration with a sharp focus on:
  • Performance vs potential
  • Critical roles and succession planning
  • Build a culture of ownership and accountability across teams
  • Enable managers to take end-to-end ownership of team performance

Global Context & Execution

  • Operate across geographies (APAC, EMEA, etc.) with sensitivity to local nuances
  • Ensure consistency in talent philosophy while adapting to regional and business needs

What We're Looking For
