. Liaise with hiring managers/ stakeholders to understand the company's hiring needs and understand each position's expectations.
. Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all open roles from creation of job descriptions to opening requisition on the ATS to Sourcing to Interview / Candidate management to Offer to Post Offer till Onboarding.
. Conceptualize, Plan and execute Hiring initiatives across the organization
. Continuously associating with other team members to come up with new innovative recruiting strategies
. Ensure we are delivering an exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and to the business
. Act as a consultant / Talent advisor to the Business on Talent requirements
. Sharing Quantitative and qualitative hiring insights with the TA head / Business
. Maintaining Hiring Trackers / Analytics and assist in building Management Dashboards
. Experience in Talent Branding and ATS Integration would be desirable
. Drive innovative and creative talent strategies and initiatives to attract and hire a diverse work force in line with the wider D&I strategy
. About 9-12 years of relevant recruiting experience successfully supporting a complex, global, organizational structure
. Demonstrated track record of success creating and executing a results-driven recruiting strategy within a fast-moving, highly dynamic company
. Provides advisory leadership to hiring managers and influences at the senior level to drive nuances of recruitment strategy
. Expert knowledge of recruitment market practices
. Strong strategic thinking skills to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities and can create strategy in response
. Working knowledge of Workday is a plus
