Job Responsibilities
As the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists (regionally or globally), who are responsible for building talent pipelines and managing hiring processes across your area of responsibility. You will lead full cycle strategic recruiting that enables your region or function to meet its quality and operational goals across clinical/non-clinical areas. You will enable a proactive, collaborative and strategic approach in supporting the customer while achieving key performance indicators / objectives. You will maintain responsibility for legal and regulatory compliance of talent acquisition policies and practices while supervising and directing your employees using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Collaborates directly with senior business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition needs. Leads a team that develops sourcing strategies and recruiting plans, presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers, develops/negotiates offers with candidates and creates the onboarding experience for all new hires. Selects, trains, develops, coaches and evaluates team members within the region or function. Ensures hiring manager's experience a collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused talent acquisition support from the assigned team. Designs, builds, implements and manages strategic sourcing and talent acquisition programs. Explores proactive, traditional and innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition. Balances providing subject matter expertise with fostering open communication. Leads with an operational focus, setting strategy, objectives and policies. Establishes operational objectives for the region or function including work plans and delegating assignments to team. Identifies relevant indicators to monitor programs and their performance. Tracks key talent acquisition metrics, including lead and lag measures. Ensures team achieves results. Facilitates strategic regional or functional workforce planning or progress updates with stakeholders to identify skill, capability and roles required to support short and mid-range goals/objectives. Promotes an environment of creativity and innovation focused on useable improvements, as well as innovation that support the organization's mission and further its vision. Champions implementation of approaches that improve Talent Acquisition processes, approaches, tools and outcomes. Lead, inspire, and coach a smart, ambitious recruiting team across multiple locations while driving a high level of performance against aggressive hiring plans and in accordance with Syneos Health and Talent Acquisition's core values Foster a data-driven organization structure, leveraging talent acquisition metrics and analytics to drive decision making, implement strategies, measure team productivity and program ROI and to partner with regional business leaders to meet hiring needs Build a comprehensive strategic hiring plan by setting the vision, strategy, and goals Provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, and an understanding of talent needs to assist in developing company growth plans and forecast. Ensure the organization is fully leveraging the ATS while working to achieve talent acquisition metrics and goals including quality, hiring volume, time to fill and overall customer satisfaction. Analyze success against metrics, create and execute plans to achieve ongoing improvement in results that will increase satisfaction. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
