Associate Director-TA

Summary

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts and build a high-performing hiring function. This role is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and partnering closely with leaders to attract, hire, and retain top talent. You'll balance big-picture workforce planning with day-to-day execution—coaching recruiters, improving processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple roles and functions - Volume Hiring

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters

• Drive sourcing strategies using diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, employer branding initiatives)

• Oversee interview processes, selection decisions, and offer negotiations

• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, diversity metrics)

• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems (ATS optimization, interview best practices, etc.)

• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience from first touch through onboarding

• Stay current on talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices

Requirements

Experience

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate

• 5–8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with leadership or management experience preferred

• Proven success hiring across a range of roles in high volumes

• Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills

• Experience building recruiting strategies in fast-paced or scaling environments

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
