Role Overview: Coforge is seeking a high-performing Sales & Leadership Recruitment Leader to drive hiring for revenue-critical sales and business leadership roles across geographies, industry verticals, and technology domains. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for a seasoned recruiter who understands the IT Services sales ecosystem, practice and operates with a data-driven mindset and thrives in intense, high-growth environments. The role demands maturity, commercial acumen and a strong head-hunting orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for senior sales / leadership roles from sales & non-sales orgs
  • Support hiring across multiple industry verticals (BFSI, Government, Healthcare, Travel, Insurance, Retail CPG, Enterprise. Manufacturing, etc.) and technology domains (Cloud, Digital, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Platforms)
  • Lead proactive head-hunting for niche, confidential, and business-critical roles
  • Build deep market maps and talent intelligence across competitors and adjacent ecosystems
  • Operate as a trusted talent advisor to Sales Leaders, Business Heads, and senior HR stakeholders
  • Apply a data-led approach to pipeline management, hiring decisions, and forecasting
  • Track and optimize key metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, closure ratios, and pipeline health
  • Continuously innovate sourcing strategies beyond traditional channelsleveraging networks, referrals, targeted market mapping, and creative sourcing models
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Delivery Heads, Finance, Compensation, and HRBPs
  • Drive offer strategy, negotiation, and closure for senior-level hires
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and hiring discipline across all searches
  • Demonstrate maturity to operate in intense, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Act as a go-getter with strong ownership, resilience, and outcome orientation
  • Influence without authority and deliver results in complex, multi-stakeholder scenarios

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall Talent Acquisition experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Sales & Leadership hiring within IT Services / Systems Integration / Digital Services organizations
  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree from a recognized institution
  • Deep understanding of IT Services sales roles, GTM models
  • Strong expertise in executive search and senior-level head-hunting
  • Highly data-oriented, with the ability to convert insights into hiring outcomes
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute, street-smart, and comfortable operating with urgency
  • High ownership and goal-driven
  • Resilient, composed, and mature under pressure
  • Naturally proactive with a hunter's mindset
  • Credible, confident, and business-aligned
