Intro Summary Of The Role
Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain function for the business, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational excellence. Oversee Stores, PPC, Imports/Exports, Warehousing, 3PL, FTWZ, and Logistics, driving efficiency, service excellence, and cost optimization.

What You Will Do
Develop and execute Supply Chain strategy aligned with company goals. Lead all functions: Stores, PPC, Imports/Exports, Warehousing, 3PL, FTWZ, Logistics. Drive cost efficiency, inventory optimization, and OTIF delivery performance. Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Build and mentor high-performing teams.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in manufacturing Supply Chain management. Ability to lead complex, multi-site or regional operations. Strong business acumen and execution focus. Expertise in Lean principles and digital tools.
Education: Master's in Business Administration/ Post-Graduation in Business / Management / Supply Chain / Finance
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Supply Chain with leadership roles.
Skills: Strategic and tactical planning, Project management, Strong analytical and negotiation skills, Change management and leadership through influence. Languages: English, Hindi (Business Fluent)
