Associate Director - Sourcing

Operations Strategy Department

Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

● Own end-to-end First Mile sourcing strategy for large-scale hiring across warehouses,

dark stores, hubs, and supply operations.

● Drive monthly hiring volumes of 1000+ associates through strong planning, execution, and

process control.

● Build scalable sourcing channels including field sourcing, vendor partnerships, walk-ins,

job boards, community hiring, and referral networks.

● Lead and manage regional sourcing teams and external partners to ensure consistent

hiring output and quality.

● Create city-wise and cluster-wise hiring plans aligned with business expansion, attrition

trends, and operational ramp-ups.

● Monitor and improve sourcing funnel metrics including TAT, conversion ratios, show-up

rates, cost per hire, and joining efficiency.

● Work closely with Operations, HRBP, Workforce Planning, and Business teams to forecast

manpower demand and solve hiring bottlenecks proactively.

● Build strong governance around vendor performance, hiring quality, compliance, and

process adherence.

● Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to improve recruiter

productivity and candidate experience.

● Own hiring dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and business reviews with leadership

stakeholders.

● Build high-accountability teams with strong ownership, execution rigor, and

problem-solving mindset.

● Ensure fast closures during peak business periods and high-pressure hiring environments.

Are you who we're searching for:

8+ years of experience in high-volume blue-collar hiring, bulk sourcing, or frontline

workforce acquisition.

Strong exposure to First Mile, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing,

E-commerce, or Operations hiring environments.

Prior experience managing 1000+ monthly hiring volumes across multiple locations

is mandatory.

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with business

leaders and operations teams.

Experience in managing large recruiter teams, field sourcing teams, and vendor

ecosystems.

Strong understanding of sourcing metrics, workforce planning, and hiring analytics.

Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with high ownership and execution

intensity.

Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid scaling, and aggressive hiring targets.
