Experience - 14-20 Years

Work Location - Gurugram

Work Mode - Hybrid (3 Days WFO)

Reports to - Director

Team/People Management experience is mandatory

Stakeholder Management is mandatory

Cloud Experience - AWS (Mandatory)

Skills - Solution Design on Data Platform, Data Lake, Data API design with AWS Tech stack.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data SME to lead the design, solutioning, and delivery of projects initiatives across Asia markets. You will play a key role in building trusted data platforms that enable digital transformation, personalization, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation of new project initiatives.
• Design data models, integration patterns, and scalable Data APIs.
• Oversee implementation, data migration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Drive data quality, innovation, and adoption of modern data management practices.
• Manage vendor engagements and support delivery across multiple markets.
• Apply GenAI-assisted development practices where appropriate.

Required Skills

• Expertise in data modeling, ETL, API integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance is preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale MDM implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
