Associate Director/Senior Manager - HRBP

Key Deliverables

• Partner with function leaders to drive organizational culture and people agenda
• Champion employee lifecycle events including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and career planning
• Analyze employee feedback and business data to identify trends and recommend retention and performance improvements
• Lead site-level engagement initiatives and manage grievance redressal with corrective actions

Role Responsibilities

• Advise and influence business leads to achieve HR and organizational goals
• Enable managers and employees to maintain transparent and timely feedback and communication processes
• Develop frameworks to proactively address employee retention and combat attrition
• Drive organization-level people programs based on function-level insights
