Job Description

What you will do

  • You will identify & onboard strategic partnerships with other Foundations, CSR Trusts, school chains and the like, which will include creating & executing the entire partner acquisition strategy.
  • You will be a key decision maker on whom to partner with, for what period of time, etc.
  • You will work on & be accountable for the pricing decisions, revenue collection, etc.
  • You will need to have a pulse on partners engagement by proactively building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners, while regularly spending time with them on the ground to better understand their needs and problems.
  • You will be held accountable for meeting growth targets as agreed upon with the CEO.

What you need to have

  • 812 years for Principal Lead/12-16 yrs for Associate Director - of proven experience with strong results in sales & partnerships, preferably within the education/development sector.
  • A deep understanding of the education ecosystem and the challenges faced by stakeholders such as teachers, students, and school/foundation leaders.
  • Strong sales orientation without a hard-sell approach. Your success lies in building win-win partnerships with foundations doing serious work in education.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort in engaging senior leadership and travelling across the country for meetings.
  • Goal-driven and growth-focused, with a love for hitting ambitious targets and a knack for innovative engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and adapt quickly to change.
