As part of Platform Team - owns deliverables and milestones across organization to support Novartis LDC Program in areas of Technical and Functional Integration management for LDC core systems (S/4 Ecosystem & core extensions) and connected systems.
Maintain transparent and trusted communication channels and ensure tracking of Integration management topics, meetings and decisions
Ensure that implemented solutions meet its functional as well as non-functional requirements and adhere to the architecture design and are aligned to architecture standards
Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact
Support continuous improvement of Novartis LDC S/4 Ecosystem technical environment with proactive feedback and lessons learned
Take ownership, lead associates from different teams and ensure close collaboration between all necessary organizations and parties (e.g. Architecture, Security, Operational supportteams, Compliance, program resources, etc
Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies
Support Release and Deployment and Development leads on topics related to Platform/Integrations throughout the program lifecycle. ensuring seamless delivery
Co-ordinate with all middleware stakeholders [ Eg: APIGW, MFT] to resolve any Integration related issues.
Minimum Requirements
University degree in business/technical domains or equivalent proven experience & certifications in the field
Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
12+ years of relevant professional IT experience in SAP Project Management specially in Integration with various systems / third parties /solutions.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Eco-system applications and platforms
