Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, rollout, upgrade, migration and support projects
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource plans
• Manage project governance, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical teams and external vendors
• Track project milestones, financials, resource utilization and delivery progress
• Conduct Steering Committee meetings and leadership reporting
• Manage onsite and offshore teams across global delivery programs
• Drive testing, cutover, deployment, Go-Live and hypercare activities
• Drive change management, user adoption and stakeholder communication
• Maintain RAID logs, status reports, action trackers, project plans and financial reports

Preferred SAP Experience

Exposure to one or more of:

SAP S/4HANA | FICO | MM | SD | PP | PM | QM | WM/EWM | Ariba | SuccessFactors | SAP Security

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation / transformation experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM or equivalent certification
• Experience managing large-scale global SAP programs
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions
• Strong business process understanding across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Maintenance

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field. MBA/Master's degree is an advantage.
