Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate Director of Sales in Pune City. The role involves driving sales strategy, managing sales operations, overseeing a high-performing team, and fostering business development opportunities. The Associate Director will also focus on customer service excellence to enhance client relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Collaborating across teams, the role will play a crucial part in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a strong ability to identify growth opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in Sales Operations, with a focus on streamlining processes, analyzing data, and driving efficiency.
- Strong skills in Customer Service to foster client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively to achieve goals and improve performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Background in the education or EdTech sector is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
