Qualifications

  • MBA/Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR consulting, sales effectiveness consulting, organization consulting, or commercial transformation.
  • Experience working on sales incentive design, sales capability development, workforce transformation, or performance management projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Consultant to help clients improve sales productivity, organizational effectiveness, workforce performance, and commercial outcomes. The role involves partnering with organizations to design and implement sales transformation initiatives, sales competency frameworks, incentive plans, performance management systems, and capability-building solutions.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities

This is a multi-pronged role with responsibilities stretching in various dimensions, both in terms of industries and solution areas. It lays an equivalent focus on both market development and project delivery. Key responsibilities are:

  • Help design and implement the market development strategy for Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) across industries.
  • Conduct and support business development activities in teams including lead generation, proposal creation and client negotiation for solutions offered by the team.
  • Deliver SFE solutions while working closely with all practices.
  • Drive market development of Salesforce Effectiveness solution areas across industries with special focus on Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer and FI. Formulate and implement a strategy to achieve the same.

Key Result Areas

  • Implementation of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) market development strategy.
  • Generation and conversion of business leads for SFE solution.
  • C-SAT on client projects.
  • EOPR scores.
  • Support provided in achievement of revenue targets in the following area:
  • SFE - Incentive design, organization design, assessments, development, engagement, etc.
