Position Title: Associate Director

Function: End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Follow-Up

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 18:00 to 03:00 hrs

Role Summary

Lead large-scale operations in RCM (spanning 650 employees across multiple lines of business including Follow-Up, Billing, and Cash Posting). This role drives process excellence, automation, and financial performance while ensuring employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational excellence across Follow-Up, Billing, and Cash Posting functions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Drive automation initiatives and ensure successful post-implementation adoption.
  • Manage P&L and deliver measurable business impact through improvement projects.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Training, and Onshore teams to drive results.
  • Mentor teams and lead reengineering projects to strengthen backend services.
  • Enhance employee engagement and improve organizational scores.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 15-20 years of experience in end-to-end RCM, including AR follow-up, billing, cash posting, and credit in Acute/Hospital Billing.
  • Strong RCM domain expertise.
  • Proven track record in leading large teams (10+ years of people management experience).

Good-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience in driving automation and process reengineering projects.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
