We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Projects to oversee the successful implementation and delivery of client solutions across various real estate and technology projects. This leadership role is crucial for ensuring high-quality service delivery, driving operational excellence, and achieving business objectives. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Operational Leadership:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, resource planning, and risk management.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Financial Management:
- Manage P&L for assigned business units, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen with experience in managing project budgets and performance.
- Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and client services, to align on project goals.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications
- A B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and complex project portfolios.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
- Exposure to international projects or clients is a plus.
- Professional experience in operations and project management within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
