The Associate Director, Project Management is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery of the IT Transformation Project - a large-scale, multi-year transformation initiative within Singtel IT.
This role will lead the overall program strategy, governance, execution, and stakeholder alignment across business and technology domains. The incumbent is accountable for delivering the program within approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards, while managing enterprise-wide risks and driving sustainable transformation outcomes.
The role requires strong executive presence, deep program governance expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex, highly interdependent environment.
