About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, data-driven Project Management leader to scale and optimize our Customer Success Department. As a
Director of Project Management is responsible for leading the organization's project management function, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the enterprise. This role oversees project managers, establishes project governance, drives standardization of methodologies, and partners with senior leadership to align projects with business objectives, timelines, and budget.You'll collaborate closely with leaders across Customer Success's department leaders to create a seamless, insight-driven customer journey and create VBC model into multiple solutions between the product teams , creating standard , best practices.You will lead cross-functional teams, manage Agile delivery, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with client goals and Innovaccer's strategic vision.
A Day in the Life
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across scope, planning, risk, issue, communication, and integration management.
- Define and implement the enterprise project management strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on project prioritization, risk, and resource planning.FTE estimation, Resource utilization and project budgeting is a key responsibility
- Oversee the full project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Managing P&L and gross margin projections for the unit and creating a forecast for the year
- Manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across programs and departments
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
- Ensure clear communication, escalation paths, and stakeholder alignment
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and portfolio risks
- Drive change management practices to ensure adoption and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Track and report progress using tools like Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and others
- Proactively manage risks and issues, driving resolution through stakeholder collaboration
- Prepare and present governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards
- Coordinate across product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee transition to production support and manage post-go-live activities including ticket resolution
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos
- Serve as a subject matter expert in project management and Agile delivery within the organization
What You Need
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar certification
- Experience leading PMOs or enterprise-level project portfolios
- Background in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
- Previous Team Management experience
- Experience into US Healthcare Domain
- Strong data-driven mindset, experienced with analytics to drive retention and growth
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience and 5+ years in a leadership or people-management role
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
