Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager with 14- 17 years of experience to lead end-to-end delivery of the Digital Health program. This role will be responsible for driving large-scale, multi-track digital health initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering high-quality outcomes with predictability and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership, stakeholder management, financial acumen, and healthcare domain understanding, with the ability to operate in a fast-evolving, product-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Delivery Ownership
- Own end-to-end delivery of the program, spanning multiple applications and workstreams
- Drive execution across parallel tracks, ensuring alignment to roadmap priorities and timelines
- Establish delivery rhythm with structured governance models (WBR/MBR/QBR)
- Ensure predictable delivery with zero/minimal slippages
2. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary interface for client leadership and business stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with clinical, business, and technology stakeholders
- Drive expectation management and proactive communication
- Ensure zero-surprise delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction
3. Financial & Commercial Ownership
- Own program financials including revenue, margins, cost optimization, and billing
- Drive milestone-based and T&M billing models aligned to delivery outcomes
- Monitor effort burn (PDs), utilization, and forecasting
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and scope expansion
4. Delivery Governance & Risk Management
- Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks across all tracks
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards
5. Product & Technology Alignment
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align delivery with product vision and roadmap
- Ensure scalable, high-performance solutions aligned to digital health architecture
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD)
- Oversee integration across platforms (PMS, EHR, AI engines, third-party systems)
6. AI / Digital Innovation Enablement
- Drive AI/GenAI adoption across DHW use cases (clinical decision support, personalization, automation)
- Identify high-impact use cases and ensure measurable outcomes
- Track productivity and efficiency gains through AI adoption
- Collaborate with innovation teams to scale AI-led solutions
7. Resource & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, UX, PMO)
- Ensure optimal resource planning, allocation, and utilization
- Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, and collaboration
- Drive talent development and succession planning
8. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Drive standardization of SDLC processes and delivery practices
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Improve delivery efficiency, quality, and turnaround times
- Institutionalize best practices across programs
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Competencies
- Strong experience in program and delivery management for large-scale digital platforms
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
- Expertise in financial management (revenue, margins, forecasting)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and system integrations

Technical & Domain Skills
- Experience in Java-based enterprise applications and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Exposure to digital health ecosystems (PMS, EHR, Telehealth, Diagnostics)
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI use cases in healthcare
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in healthcare transformation programs
- Exposure to ABDM or similar digital health initiatives
- Experience working in product-led organizations
- PMP / PgMP / Agile certifications are a plus
Education
- Bachelors degree in engineering / technology
- MBA or equivalent leadership qualification preferred
