Associate Director Project Management

•    Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of the Data Office portfolio across Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Data Strategy initiatives.
•    Establish PMO governance, operating cadence, KPIs, executive reporting, and portfolio dashboards to track progress, adoption, value realization, risks, and overall performance.
•    Manage program budgets, resource planning, vendor governance, contract management, consultant engagements, and financial tracking.
•    Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration across business, data, technology, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
•    Own portfolio-level risk, issue, compliance, audit, and remediation management, ensuring adherence to enterprise governance standards and regulatory requirements.
•    Drive delivery assurance through project health reviews, standardized methodologies, governance artifacts, documentation, and best practices.
•    Support development and operationalization of Data Office frameworks, policies, standards, maturity improvement initiatives, and roadmap execution while driving continuous improvement across Data Office operations and delivery models
