Your impact
Manage on site engineering team of 20 dealing with construction administration (AE Services during construction)
The team are responsible but not limited to the following deliverables
Field Observations
- Ensuring timely preparation of FORs
- Maintaining and reporting out on FOR metrics
- Categorizing FORs (severity level)
- Set up weekly walks with Client
DV - (Design Verification) including
Maintaining the DV workflow
Maintaining and reporting out on DV metrics
Up to date Escalation Matrix - Workflow for field request
Site Logistics / Resources
Site PPE stock - Ordering / Requesting
Site Team Training needs
Site Team Safety
Safety Metrics and Reporting
- Support of Home Office SDC needs
- Field work (tape measures / photos etc.)
- Preparation of Assignment Letters - GBS (In country vs Expat)
- Site Team Health Champion
- General Contractor and Owner Site Representative
- Ensuring team provides accurate availability (dates/times) in JCAST
- Ensuring prompt action by the field SDC team in response to DV requests
