Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end programmatic campaign planning, execution, and strategy for client accounts.
  • Create campaign strategies by understanding brand KPIs, identifying target audiences across demographics, geographies, and platforms, and building effective omni-channel plans.
  • Maintain oversight and proactively manage multiple campaign planning and execution activities.
  • Implement advanced targeting strategies, including cross-device, omni-channel, retail media, CTV, OTT, and DooH.
  • Manage multiple brand accounts and participate in MBRs and QBRs to strengthen client relationships.
  • Drive adoption of a programmatic-first approach across display, video, CTV, and OTT formats.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a programmatic team to ensure skill development and operational excellence.
  • Introduce planning and executional innovations to enhance client KPIs and proactively improve campaign strategies.
  • Lead programmatic pitches, RFP responses, and new business development initiatives.
  • Provide senior client servicing teams with performance insights, reviews, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, including AI, ML, rich media formats, and DCO innovations.
