We are looking for an Associate Director – Product Management to lead product strategy, execution, and business growth across our platforms. This role demands a strong blend of strategic thinking, business ownership, customer obsession, and people leadership to build, scale, and transform high-impact products.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Define and drive the long-term product/platform vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities
- Own the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and prioritization to execution, launch, adoption, and business impact measurement
- Drive product-led growth by owning key business metrics, revenue goals, and P&L responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing product teams comprising Product Managers, UX Designers, and Analysts
- Establish product management frameworks, operating models, governance mechanisms, and best practices across teams
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, Support, and Services teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer success
- Champion customer-centric product development through deep customer understanding, market research, and data-driven decision making
- Lead the development of new products (0→1) while driving scale and optimization of existing platforms (1→N)
- Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and industry shifts to identify new growth opportunities
- Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement across the product organization
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership by providing insights, recommendations, and product direction

What you would have:
- 10 – 12 years of product management experience, with significant experience in B2B SaaS, Platform, Telecom, or CPaaS products.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing product teams.
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling products from 0→1 and beyond.
- Strong expertise in defining product strategy, product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and execution.
- Demonstrated experience owning business outcomes, product KPIs, and P&L responsibilities.
- Deep understanding of the communications ecosystem, including messaging, voice, video, cloud communications, APIs, and customer journey.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to drive clarity amidst ambiguity.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification is an added advantage.
