Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Director-Product Management to lead the definition, development, and delivery of AI-powered products. This is not a purely business-facing role — you will be working closely with engineering, and expected to engage deeply on technical decisions that shape what gets built and how. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with platform engineers, and translate complex AI capabilities into products that deliver clear user value.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with product, business stakeholders and engineering teams to develop a roadmap that reflects business priorities, budget / cost, and timing
- Experience with agentic AI systems, multi-step reasoning, or tool-use frameworks
- Background in data science, software engineering, or a technical degree — not required, but gives context
- Familiarity with AI safety, responsible AI principles, or bias/fairness considerations in production systems
- Experience at a company where AI is a core product capability, not a feature layer
- Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies). Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to understand the user behavior and is familiar with Analytical tools.
- Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives.
- Constantly analyze the product performance against ROI, KPIs and other metrics and is driven to improve performance
- High ownership mentality — you notice what needs doing and do it, rather than waiting for direction
- Comfortable with ambiguity; able to make progress and create clarity even when the problem is not fully defined
- Clear, direct communicator — in writing, in meetings, and in difficult conversations
- Intellectually curious about AI — you read the papers, follow the discourse, and have opinions
What you've done
- 4+ years of experience in product management and demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
- 2 years of experience developing and working on AI driven led projects
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, business,
- Strong quantitative capabilities, and experience in using product analytics to understand product usability
- An understanding of what makes for good user experience and beautiful design.
- Strong cross-functional and team-building skills with an ability to foster creativity, innovation, and integrity within and across multicultural teams
- Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decisions are tied to key business drivers
