Key Responsibilities:
- Interface between Customer and client's Technical Team (Hardware / Software & Data Science Team)
- Collaborate with Software Engineering and Data Science team to drive Customer Success and Product Deployments
- Be the Scrum Master and drive cross functional Pod of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware , Software Engineers for rapid and flawless execution.
- Spend the day around Planning , Prioritize and Tracking the activities of the POD of Data Science, Machine Learning, Hardware , Software Engineers team
- Drive Technical Problem and Practical trouble Shooting of Engineering and Data Science Team
Required Skills & Experience:
- Graduate from a Tier 1 college preferred with 3-8+ years of overall experience
- Client handling experience from a top-tier consulting background (Accenture, EXL, PwC, Strategy&, and A.T. Kearney or equivalent) or from ITC / P&G/HUL or AI SaaS based organization comfortable owning a senior stakeholder relationship from day one.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of taking ownership of ambiguous, high-impact challenges in complex operational or customer environments.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership — has independently driven a deployment, project, workstream, or customer engagement from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to work credibly with plant teams, business leaders, technical teams, and customer C-suite stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and field execution — genuinely excited to work closely with customers, understand on-ground operational challenges, and adapt solutions based on evolving business and deployment needs.
- High bias for action and execution — willing to work hands-on at customer sites, collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams, and drive deployments to successful outcomes.
