Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the consumer product line, aligning with the company's goals and market demands
- Define a clear vision for the consumer products and their role in supporting our customers pain points and needs
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate user requirements into user-friendly and effective software solutions
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Incorporate customer feedback into product design and development, ensuring solutions resonate with the market
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data and analytics to make informed product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, category teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA from tier 1 colleges
- Must have Minimum 9+ years of overall experience in product management; preferably managing consumer products
- Worked on AI products / tech and added advantage
- Interest in personal finance space an added advantage
