We are strengthening our Private Markets practice and hence seeking a mid-level leader who can contribute to practice growth, manage engagements, deepen client relationships, and nurture talent. We are looking for experienced professionals across segments including private equity, private credit, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate, secondaries, and related private markets segments.
Expereince:
- 12+ years of experience in private markets strategy, operations, and digital transformation
- Highly experienced in interacting with C-suite executives and senior management across client segments
- Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability of organization planning, resource mobilization, and problem-solving
- Experience of working in / contributing towards growing practices, and leading complex, high-value engagements
- Experience in developing industry-leading solutions that help private asset managers accelerate growth
Job Requirements
Driving strategic growth
- Establish and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the private markets practice
- Build and expand long-term relationships with senior executives across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real estate, and alternative asset managers
- Drive revenue growth through strategic pursuits, partnerships, and new service offerings
- Contribute to thought leadership, market perspectives, and differentiated viewpoints that advance our brand
Client leadership and delivery oversight
- Guide solution design across operations, specifically focusing on digital transformation, and using technology-based solutions across investment lifecycle optimization
- Ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction across teams and projects
- Manage performance of large engagements
Market and ecosystem development
- Strengthen our presence in the private markets ecosystem through contribution towards events, conferences, and strategic alliances
- Is aware of established vendors, technology providers, and data partners serving private markets
People and culture leadership
- Develop and mentor the team
- Shape recruiting strategy and workforce planning
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
Qualifications
Strong academic grounding in finance, with degrees in finance/ CFA / CA; also, 14+ years of experience in private markets or the financial services industry preferred
