Job Description
A senior operations and transformation leader responsible for enabling the shift of TSO from a linear delivery model to a scalable shared services model. Acts as the strategic execution arm to leadership, owning workforce planning, financial governance, delivery predictability, firm-wide initiatives and data-driven decision-making across a 700+ member global organization.

As Associate Director, you will shape the strategy of GEP's global contracting organization, work on the most sophisticated enterprise deals in the market, and serve as a trusted executive partner to GEP's senior leadership. Requirements
- 8+ years of PMO / Operations leadership in large-scale technology or SaaS organizations.
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, financial governance, and delivery operations.
- Hands-on experience with automation, analytics, dashboards, and governance tooling.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
- Proficient in MS Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work in global timezone with significant overlap with US hours
Digital & AI Ops Transformation
- Enable the transition to a Digital & AI Ops shared services model.
- Build PBIs, automations, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
- Define and track lead indicators, stage gates, and operational triggers.
- Own staffing and resource allocation for a 700+ member TSO workforce.
- Manage demand–supply, utilization, and bench; make resourcing decisions
- Plan short and long-term hiring, including campus hiring; partner closely
Financial, Margin & Revenue Governance
- Track and report utilization, margins, and productivity by account.
- Monitor scope, timelines, risks, upsides, and change requests across SOWs.
- Partner with Finance to protect margins and ensure revenue accuracy.
- Track and report revenue pipeline weekly with the leadership.
- Ensure staffing readiness and delivery predictability for the pipeline.
- Lead org-wide initiatives including ER planning, partner enablement, ticket
- Drive automation, dashboards, and training programs to improve
Governance, Reporting & Leadership Enablement
- Produce weekly management reports covering staffing, financials, delivery,
- Prepare leadership decks for management reviews and QBRs.
- Run account governance calls and ensure action-item closure.
- Own CSAT survey design, rollout, analysis, and action planning.
- Partner with Customer Success on CSAT improvement initiatives
- Act as a strategic partner to Business, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and
- Manage and mentor a growing team; build capability and ownership
